How long will it take to get my order?

Every bag is handmade for you, right after you dispatch your order. Depending on how busy we are, it takes around 1-4 days to assemble your order. Then your bag will be shipped as soon as possible. Depending on where you live, it will normally reach its destination within a few business days.

How much does shipping cost?

Your shipping costs will automatically be calculated during checkout, as they vary on your location and size of the parcel. Shipment costs in Germany and Austria range between 4,90€ to 12,90 €.

Shipping to the rest of Europe is 14.90 €.

Before accepting the delivery please make sure that the parcel is not damaged and no item was removed.

As a small and conscious business we're thriving for sustainability, zero waste and low emissions. To try to avoid redunant harm to our planet we advise you not to shop online with a quick refund in mind.

The refund process is not only damaging to our planet, but also a big logistical expense for our very small label. If you want to have a look at the bags before you purchase, we recommend you to visit our numerous points of sales.

You have the right to return the goods within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which the goods were delivered to you.

The total purchase price (excl. shipping costs) will be refunded as soon as the returned goods have arrived at the atelier. You have to ship your order back on your own expense.

In the case of a defective product we will refund the purchase price and take over the return costs, in all other cases the customer has to pay the return costs. If you have received a defective product, please contact us.

Where are your items made?

We sew and assemble all of our items in our Atelier in Graz!

Are your products vegan?

Yes! No leather or other animal product is used when we sew your order.

What are your products made of?

We use synthetic leather or vinyl fabric for the bags. We source it from local fabric stores, and other small businesses. The strap from our newest collections is made out of recycled fisher nets and textile rest, which is ÖKOTEX 100 certified. The hardware is made out of metal.

What happens to fabric scraps?

We try to cut out fabric with the least amount of leftover. If a big piece is unused we try to make different things out of it, for example scrunchies or prototypes.

How do I was my Heist Bag?

We wouldn’t recommend putting your bag in the washing machine – due to the synthetic fabric we can’t assure you that you pieces will look the same afterwards. If you somehow got dirt on your beloved bag we suggest to wipe it with a damp cloth.
